After the amazing interview I had with Kendra I decided that it would be a great idea to interview her best friend Carly because I wanted to see how her progress was compared to Kendra’s.

And let’s just say that just like Kendra, her results blew me away as well! I’ll let you see for yourself. 😊

Carly, what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“All of my life, I have struggled to maintain a healthy weight. I was always the overweight kid. About five years ago, my best friend, Kendra, and I decided to get healthy.

We tried every diet there was from shakeology, to Beachbody, to keto, to plexus, to elevacity etc. You name it, we tried it. I lost a few pounds but it never really stuck.

I found myself constantly hungry and hating it. Finally, Kendra found this Dream Body in 90 Challenge and I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. I haven’t looked back since!”

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

“I tried shakeology, pruvit, keto, low carb, Beachbody, elecacity, watching my macros, and constant working out. At one point, I was borderline eating disorder. I was eating barely 1000 calories a day and doing cardio a minimum of two hours a day to burn as many calories as I possibly could. It was so unhealthy. I look back in shock at myself.”

“My diet could be so much better. To be honest, I am a field corporate supervisor for an owner of 36 Mcdonalds so I am paid to test fast food daily literally, however I still lose weight!”

Carly's Motivation

“Majority of my motivation comes from my best friend Kendra, who is also doing this challenge. That girl pushes my buttons and my butt every day to keep going and offers a support system lol.

Honestly though, I’m a very competitive person so we’re usually competing to see who's losing the most weight lol. And of course, as I continue to lose and get closer to my goals, that’s motivating too.”

“I pretty much just get my steps in for exercise. I literally used to run 5 or more miles a day, but that all changed when I started this program.

Sometimes, if I’m feeling extra saucy, I may throw some crunches, running, or strength building workouts in but this isn’t something Kaiser Coach tells me to do or anything.

Typically, I just walk baby!”

“No. For the first time in any of my diets, I was able to stick to the plan and not want to cheat or stop. “

“Honestly, trust the process and make sure you are true to yourself. Don’t give up either, I still weigh myself daily and my scale goes up and down depending on where I am in my cycle, sometimes 4 pounds from one day to the next, but just keep going and you will see results!!”
