“I have lost 35 lbs and 22 inches overall.”
– Stephanie
“I started the program on March 3, 2020 and I have lost 35 lbs and 22 inches overall.”
“I had been working out regularly and trying to lose weight, but I was not seeing the results I was hoping for. I was going through a transition in my life and thought that it would be the perfect time to invest more in myself.”
Coach Shane: I know the feeling Stephanie and I’m sure many of our readers right now can relate.
The worst part of trying to lose weight is seeing that all your hard work isn’t being rewarded with some weight loss, it's actually why so many of us fail, me included…
That's the beauty of the Dream Body in 90 Challenge though, it works because it’s not a one size fits all diet program. It’s a system designed to work with your body and to help you make the right lifestyle changes you can stick to forever.
Diets just don’t work, the proof is in the results of the many men and women that have failed, you have to enjoy what you’re doing otherwise you’ll never see this journey through to the end.
“I tried cutting down on carbs, but as a vegetarian that is not an easy thing to do. I worked out 3-4 days a week, and tried to eat as healthy as I could. Results were slow or not there at all”
“I had almost given up on the idea of being able to lose weight, I liked the idea that I could still enjoy any food as long as it was in my calorie budget for the day.”
“I started the program on March 3, 2020 and I have lost 35 lbs and 22 inches overall.”
“Most mornings started with a protein shake after my workout, for snacks raw almonds and fruit, hard boiled eggs and vegetables. Lunch and dinners would usually consist of some form of protein such as fish or beans and lots of fresh veggies.”
“Pizza and red wine which I had both of when using Kaiser Coach”
“My motivation comes from seeing the results and the feeling I got when I started hitting my goals. I realized that I am in control of my results and how I get there. I did this not just to feel more confident but to also get healthier. The more I stuck to it the more motivated I became because the results kept showing in my weight and measurements.”
“I maintained my exercise routine as much as possible, but since all the gyms closed during quarantine I had to change things up.
I did strength training with resistance bands and bodyweight exercises which were included in the Dream Body in 90 Challenge, at least 4 days a week in the morning and I either walked or cycled every day. If I walked I would track at least 6- 8 kms a day and my bike rides were about 22 kms, both would take approximately an hour. I could’ve just walked if I wanted to but I wanted to do some extra exercise”
“Yes I took Kaiser Burner, honestly I don’t usually use supplements but it really gave me the extra support I needed on this journey.”
“Keep with the program it works, just never stop moving forward. It’s ok to have days where you are not on track, be kind to yourself and start again tomorrow, your patience and will power will persevere.
Use the community of women along with the coaches to help keep you focused and motivated. They are a fabulous resource and will help keep you on track.”
And there we have it, I really appreciate you doing this interview with me Stephanie! If you take away one thing from this interview then let it be what Stephanie said about our community.
Our Coaches are there as well thousands of women on this very same journey that you’re on right now. Helping each other and supporting each other is a truly powerful resource that I want you ladies to take advantage of.
I’ll see you all next time! 💪
