Hey ladies! I have another interview for you today with Tess who transformed her body and changed her life.

She will be sharing her success story as well as some tips and tricks that can help you right now so I hope you enjoy it! 🙂

Tess, what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“I came across KaiserFit on Facebook one night and started listening to Shane and it was at the most perfect time. It was like he was speaking directly to me!



Earlier that same day I received a call from my doctor telling me my cholesterol was high and that I needed to eat healthier and exercise otherwise I was at high risk of serious health problems if I didn't get it in check. I felt that finding Kaiser Coach was a sign to let me know that I had to do something especially after the call from my doctor. My health was my main concern so I decided to give it a shot. I also have been doing some brand ambassador work for several clothing brands and was really unhappy with how I looked in their clothing which made me want to lose weight even more.”

Coach Shane: I definitely understand where you're coming from Tess! So many of the women that work with us have all kinds of health complications. The truth though is that 99% of these problems all go away as soon as you transform your body.

I was even in the same boat, I was in and out of my doctors office back in the day and all I would hear was “You need to lose weight!” or “Your cholesterol is too high” even though I was working so hard to lose weight. It's what eventually led to my heart attack.

Before working with me, what did you do to lose weight?

“I have tried so many other diets throughout my life from different diet plans, fad diets to diet pills. They worked for a while but then I always gained the weight back over and over again. It drove me crazy and I was even about to give up until I found you guys.”



What was different when you started working with us?

“You guys helped me realize all the mistakes I was making. It's not about the diets you do or how hard you go at the gym. It's a way of life. Once I just listened to what Kaiser Coach said and had your guidance in the group, I knew things were going to work out this time.”

Tess's Fat Loss Diet

I basically eat anything and everything I want as long as I stay within my calories. I do not deprive myself as in the past I was always left craving things and then eventually gave in to those cravings.

BREAKFAST

Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal A cup of coffee instead of a creamer filled with calories I use my Quest protein shake

Lunch

Chicken or Fish Filet Sandwiches.

Snack

Fruit, smoothie, nuts or protein bar

Dinner

Steak or Pork Chops Meat, Veggie, and Potato or Rice

Favourite cheat meal?

“I don't look at it as a cheat meal because I eat whatever I like as long as I just follow what the Kaiser Coach has told me to do. If I know ahead of time that something is going to be high in calories then I may eat less calories the day before or the day after. For example, my husband likes to take me for sushi dinner so on those days I eat less so I can eat more of the sushi.”

Tess's Motivation

“My main motivation is my health! I have three sons and I want to make sure that I am here to someday meet my grandchildren. My mom passed away before I had children and never got to meet my sons. I don't want that to happen to me.

My continued motivation came once I started to see results. Now people are asking me how I lost 38 lbs. That is when I decided to do my 3under3 videos in the hopes that it will inspire others and answer their questions.”

“Before doing the Dream Body In 90 Challenge I was going to the gym twice a week. I did the treadmill and sometimes did aerobics. I wasn't really seeing results. Once I started doing the walking after my meals, increasing my step count and doing the workouts Coach Rita set up for me, the inches and weight started dropping”

Did you take any supplements to help you on this journey?

“The only thing I take everyday is Kaiser Burner and my multi vitamins and vitamin D. I also have an underactive thyroid which I have to take a pill for every day. Before using Kaiser Coach the dosage was almost doubled.

Since I've been eating healthy and taking Kaiser Burner and using Kaiser Coach my doctor lowered the milligrams of my prescription.

My hope is to someday not have to take them at all, which he said is possible as long as I maintain my current weight which has been a breeze.”
